I am committed to providing only high quality pieces, however sometimes mistakes are made and I am more than happy to work with you to find a solution. If an item arrives to you damaged or not how it was described in my descriptions, I can provide a refund before 30 days of receiving the item. I provide general measurements for my pieces. If you need a measurement that is out of the general scope, please ask before purchasing.
